3 scenic routes
around Lake Constance
We offer three different and exciting routes around Lake Constance, with the cooperation of the Swiss, German and Austrian authorities:
- Gold Tour – for accomplished cyclists – a 220km tour around the upper and lower parts of Lake Constance. (220 km)
- Silver Tour – for experienced cyclists – a 150km tour around the upper part of Lake Constance. (150 km)
- Bronze Tour – for beginners, families, children and seniors – a 80km tour around the lower part of Lake Constance. (80 km)
The Gold and Silver tours include a ferry trip from Staad (near Konstanz) to Meersburg for both rider and their bicycle
(ferry ticket is on the Starting Card)
The Bronze Tour around the lower part of the lake follows the same path as the Gold Tour,
except at Allensbach where it turns via Konstanz back towards Tägerwilen.
The routes are marked with orange and yellow signs / billboards and are completely paved with asphalt.
Standard road cycling rules apply. The routes are not closed to normal road traffic.
Helmets mandatory.
