Procedure:
There is no sending out of the starting cards. Successful applicants go to their starting point
and will receive their starting package with all necessary starting tools such as starting card, starting number, helm number, ferry ticket and so on. If so wished, you may ask for a registration confirmation with the administration office.
Furthermore you get important informations about breakfast, parking spots and sanitary facilities.
You don’t have to come back to the starting places after you have received your starting tools, you can start directly from your accommodation. Only at the end you have to come back for the last stamp and your earned medal.
Inform yourself before the start via our GPX file (provided shortly before the event here) how to get from your accommodation on the route.
Reorganisation of the BRM registration process from 2025
Starting this year, we will be introducing a new registration process for the Lake Constance Cycle Marathon. The aim is to significantly reduce the time taken to collect the starting documents and at the same time increase the transparency of information.
- Every pre-registration with payment of the entry fee will be registered with us using the data you have entered.
- The file will be closed on the pre-registration deadline date and the start numbers will be allocated. (Late registration is only possible on the evening before or on the morning of the event itself, subject to an additional fee.
- The personalised race numbers with your first names will be printed.
- After the registration deadline, each participant will receive a personalised email with their assigned race number and chosen starting location.
- With this email or your start number and your identity card/ID, you can pick up your start envelope with all the necessary start documents at your chosen start location under the corresponding number and by stating your name. The documents will now be sorted by number
and separated into queues, which should make the process much more efficient.
Due to high demand, we kindly ask you not to wait until the registration deadline, but to register in advance as early as possible. There should be enough places for everyone, but you will make it much easier for us to plan and process registrations if you register at least 1 to 2 weeks BEFORE the registration deadline.
